We're the HIP department of Legal Brokers Ltd - white label HIP Pack Providers.
As a business we've dealt predominantly with solicitors, and conveyancing, for the last handful of years and have, courtesy of the skills and qualifications of our staff, been generating HIPs since their introduction.
From the White Label perspective our primary focus is directed at Estate Agents, Solicitors or DEA's who wish to provide a branded White Label solution to their clients and therefore want to create a relationship with a Pack Provider.
We'll use your logo and generate branded HIPs which you can promote to your clients. We don't "cross sell" conveyancing or mortgages.
As you would expect we're regulated by the Property Codes Compliance Board (HIP Code), are members of the AHIPP (Association of Home information Pack Providers) and carry £10 million in the indemnity insurance.
The whole process is relatively pain free and we'd hope to deliver the basic, marketing ready, HIP within 3 - 5 days depending upon gaining access for the DEA.
In terms of HIPs pricing we'll discuss the figures and agree terms prior to proceeding with any instructions - we hope you'll find us very competitive !
Please note, however, that we on only use fully compliant HIPcode searches, rather than those available from the smaller players in the Search market, and we probably won't be the cheapest you'll find.... We pride ourselves on the quality HIPs we provide.
Were you to subsequently use us we'll provide you with the relevant log in details and you'll be able to track the progress of your HIPs as they're created.
The site will also email you with updates and notes and ultimately will provide you with a link to the finished HIP itself. We can also provide you with the HIP as a PDF if required
In terms of www.hipcounter.com it's very much the case that all the complicated stuff starts to appear when you log in !
