We're the HIP department of Legal Brokers Ltd - white label HIP Pack Providers.
As a business we've dealt predominantly with solicitors, and conveyancing, for the last handful of years and have, courtesy of the skills and qualifications of our staff, been generating HIPs since their introduction.
From the White Label perspective our primary focus is directed at Estate Agents, Solicitors or DEA's who wish to provide a branded White Label solution to their clients and therefore want to create a relationship with a Pack Provider.
With your permission we'll use your logo and generate a branded HIP which you can promote to your clients.
As you would expect we're regulated by the Property Codes Compliance Board (HIP Code) & are insurance backed.
The whole process is relatively pain free and we'd hope to deliver the completed HIP in approximately 10 days.
As a prospective introducer we'll provide you with a discount from our standard client price of £299 + VAT - we'll discuss the figures and agree terms prior to proceeding with any instructions.
Alternatively if you're a DEA, or an Agent with an Inhouse DEA, we can supply the freehold HIP from £190.00 including the VAT. You would then decide the level at which you wish to pitch the EPC.
