You may already be well & truly happy with your provider but it might be worth asking yourself the following questions;
- Do they provide a quick service?
- How competitive are the fees?
- Do you get a referral fee?
- Do you "know" the EPC providers who visit your clients homes?
- Do you have an input into how the HIP's are presented?
We can generate the whole HIP for you at a price which we'll discount, from our client price, of £299.00 (plus VAT) or, if you would prefer to use your own EPC provider, we can supply the freehold HIP from £190.00 (including VAT) and amalgamate the EPC into the finished document.
From a logistical perspective... At present, depending upon the local authority, we're delivering HIPs within 10 days.
In terms of payment we generally ask the client for 50% on initial instruction, by credit card, with the remainder payable 1 month after delivery of the HIP.
Alternatively for a small surcharge we can take a 10% initial credit payment & the remainder spread over 3 months.
