You may already be well & truly happy with your provider but it might be worth asking yourself the following questions;
- Do they provide a quick service?
- How competitive are the fees?
- Do you get a referral fee?
- Do you "know" the EPC providers who visit your clients homes?
- Do you have an input into how the HIP's are presented?
We can generate the whole HIP for you at a price which we'll discount, from our standard client price, or if you would we can use your own EPC provider and amalgamate the EPC into the finished document.
From a logistical perspective... At present, depending upon the local authority, we're delivering HIPs within 10 days.
In terms of payment we can take payment upfront, put the HIP on your account or offer a 9 month Deferred Payment option.
