If you're a solicitor who would prefer to outsource the HIP rather than generate the Pack yourself... we can help.
Upon completion of the HIP we'll forward the completed product to yourselves so you're able, if you would like, to carry out the clients conveyancing.
With your logo on the front we'll package the HIP with your "brand".
In order to comply with the HIP Code regulations we need to add our name (Legal Brokers Ltd) & contact details within the HIP but we'll work with yourselves to brand the HIP to your satisfaction.
We do this so that in the event the client wishes to use yourselves, for other legal services, they know to return directly to yourselves.

We can discount our hips, from our standard price, or supply the freehold HIP minus the EPC from £190.00 (including VAT) and you can then choose your own EPC provider.
For the latter option we'll then take the completed EPC and work it into the HIP and then forward it to the client and / or the Agent.
In terms of payment we prefer to take payment upfront.... however on your behalf we can ask the client for 50% on initial instruction, by credit card, with the remainder payable 1 month after delivery of the HIP.
Alternatively for a small surcharge we can take a 10% initial credit payment & the remainder spread over 3 months.
If you'd prefer we can organise an account with yourselves, you take payment from the client, and we'll invoice you once a month.
