If you're a solicitor who would prefer to outsource the HIP rather than generate the Pack yourself... we can help.
Upon completion of the HIP we'll forward the completed product to yourselves so you're able to carry out the clients conveyancing.
With your logo on the front we'll package the HIP with your "brand".
In order to comply with the HIP Code regulations we need to add our name (Legal Brokers Ltd) & contact details within the HIP but we'll work with yourselves to brand the HIP to your satisfaction.
We do this so that in the event the client wishes to use yourselves, for other legal services, they know to return directly to you.

We can supply the freehold HIP, minus the EPC, and you can then choose your own EPC provider.
In terms of payment we can take payment upfront, put the HIP on your account or offer a 9 month Deferred Payment option.
